they also helped me keep my luggage after checking out until i could return and pick it up. breakfast was delicious with really fresh eggs cooked in front of you , and freshly squeezed fruit juices.
The wifi reception was very poor . Even near reception , the wifi often dropped and became unavailable.

The rooms are spacious and decorated with beautiful moroccan furniture . This adds an authentic touch to the stay. each room includes air conditioning and a tv with access to international channels , ensuring entertainment. the beds are comfortable with quality linens.

the hotel is in gueliz , a central area , it is about a fifteen minute walk from the famous jma el fna square. there are many shops and restaurants nearby , and the hotel is also close to a supermarket , which is very convenient.

the staff is friendly , cordial , and very helpful . the reception is open 24/7 , so the night receptionist makes everyone feel welcome , even on late arrivals. cleaning and maintenance staff work very hard.

the staff showed kindness and support. the location provided easy access to local amenities. i found a supermarket and various shops nearby. i used a brief walk to reach the medina.
the bathroom required enhancements regarding cleanliness. i observed some stains in the bathtub. i think they should pay attention to that.
